Hi, I’m jamie.

I’m a therapist in Oakland, California.

I’m most passionate about empowering folks to feel free and safe enough to be who they are. And to realize that who they are is enough.

I work with people to help them make sense of what they’ve been through and to let it go so they can make the most of life now. I want people to know that what they have been through does not determine who they are or what’s to come.

When the hardest times of my life happened, I had no idea how to get through them, and I felt so alone. I know now it didn’t have to be that way so I became a therapist to help guide and accompany others through their hardest times.
